CNC Milling & Turning
Utilizing the latest CNC turning, machining centers, arrays of multi-axis machining capabilities, and state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software, we accurately accommodate many levels of precision and volume. We can produce complex parts with elaborate geometries and deep holes from even the most difficult to machine metals.
CNC Screw Machining
Our CNC screw machines offer a fast and cost-effective method for producing high-quality threaded parts. Our advanced machinery works with part diameters up to 2-3/8″ and lengths up to 20”. Commonly used materials include aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, plastics and hardened metals.

Aeron Automation's Engineering’s Production Machining division produces a variety of components for the Automotive, Mining and Oil Industries, Our machine shop is capable of operating 24 hours, over three shifts.

With our investment in new technology and equipment we have machines that are geared up with 3,4 & 5 axis capability and/or multi vice work holding systems . This means that cycle time is extended. This gives time for the operator to do other work within cycle - such as inspection - and also reduces the number of overall operations.
